Alert:

1) If your kids are not linked as a family before creating your portal account it will require a different email address for each child in order to access each child's records (otherwise, you will get an error message or unable to see each kid).

2) When parents use different emails for different kids and you don't remember this, please try different emails and reset the password for that email.

3) Only existing accounts where all patients have been "linked as a family", prior, will you be able to log in with just one email to see all your kids under the pull down tab to select a different kid.

5) Be advised that when using your phone to visit the website your phone or browser may not give you access to all the portal features compared to using an actual computer.

6)Lastly, if you get a message that says "Please Update Your Browser, Download The Latest Version" X out from the pop up at the upper left and you can proceed with logging in.
